Biography
Sven Krippendorf is Assistant Teaching Professor for AI and Physics at the University of Cambridge. He is based primarily in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics (DAMTP) and is also affiliated with the Department of Physics. He heads Mathematical AI at the Cambridge–Infosys AI Centre.
His research brings together fundamental physics, mathematical structure and machine learning.

Education
After studying physics at the University of Cologne, Sven completed Part III of the Mathematical Tripos at Cambridge and remained at DAMTP for a PhD in applied mathematics and theoretical physics under the supervision of Fernando Quevedo.
